Because I'm higher then a C and wider then a 34. My rib cage is small and my bust on the heavier side. This bra provides ulimate support! I most expensive sport bras from places like Under Armor and Nike, this bra has topped the scale. Also the v-neck is a little more higher, yet still sexier then most bras, and your chest isnt falling out at night of your chose to sleep with it . The mesh feels and looks great. 5/5 for me. Thanks guys!
I'm a huge fan of the Shock Absorber Run bra, where I comfortably wear a 34D or 34DD (depending on time of month, and weight fluctuations). So I ordered both those sizes in the new Fly Bra, which I was eager to try as I'm always looking for something light, but supportive, to wear in the summer. This bra seems to run larger than the Run bra, as I have to wear it on the second set of hook-and-eye closures instead of the first (loosest) one. It is a very comfortable and supportive bra, but not quite as supportive as my Shock Absorber Run bras, so I won't be using it on long runs at this time. I may have to see if I can try a 32DD to see if it is more supportive or fits better. Overall, and excellent bra, just not quite supportive enough for long runs of an hour or longer.
Getting the right fit is important to a good performance
To ensure your sports bra gives you the best support, here are some tips on a good fit:
The band around the chest should be level front and back. It needs to be comfortable but firm. A good gauge to ensure that the underband fits well is being able to fit two fingers between the underband and your skin. Any more space and the band is too big and could cause friction.
|Perfect fit. The underband is firm and level the whole way round.||There should only be a one to two inch give. Ensure the band is neither too loose nor too tight||If the underband rides up at the back then the band is too big.|
The cup should contain the whole of the breast, with no creases and no cleavage on show.
|Perfect fit. Each breast is full contained||If the breasts are squashed or cleavage is on show, the cup size is probably too small.||If the fabric is gaping or wrinkling then this suggests the cup size is too big.|
Sports bras come in different styles, usually a traditional U Back or Racer Back. The straps should be adjusted to fit securely on the shoulders with only one to two inch give.
|Perfect fit. If you slide two fingers between the strap and the skin, there should have only a one to two inch give.||If you slide two fingers between the strap and the skin, there should have only a one to two inch give.||If straps fall off shoulders, tighten them so that they fit securely on the shoulders.|
Do the bounce test! Jump up and down to check that you feel supported and secure.
If in doubt, we recommend you get professionally fitted
as 80% of women are wearing the wrong size bra.
